Things That Have Changed

Due to current world events, we have made some changes in the structure of our business from here on in.  These changes are not only enforced by the laws of our State, our DOH, and our Insurance Companies, but are also for the health and safety of our clients, our friends, our families, and ourselves.  New cleaning and sanitation practices are in place as well as the business day-to-day practices being updated to met compliance requirements in order for us to do business.

Our office has taken the following precautions to protect our clients and staff:

1. We (the staff) will all wear masks; cloth, surgical or N95, and eye protection if needed.

2. Everyone washes and sanitizes their hands as often as needed.

3. Hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol or a non-alcohol option is available in our therapy room and the waiting room.

4. We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.

5. Most of our client interactions are done in our individual treatment rooms, not in the waiting room.

6. Credit card pads, pens, and other areas that are commonly touched are sanitized after each use.

7. Unnecessary physical contact is not permitted.

8. Tissues and trash bins are available for use. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.

9. Our office common areas and therapy rooms are thoroughly disinfected between appointments and at the end of each day.

10. We will change clothing and PPE in between each session as needed.

11. Paper forms are now electronic.
